Edited version to Dropbox 7<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;July 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Abstract:<\/u>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Peter Hermon joined LEO after he obtained first class honours from St. John\u2019s Oxford, and seeing an advertisement for a mathematician from J. Lyons.
